Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the following levels:

1-             Level of the need for knowledge among students in the preparatory stage Total Sample.

2-             The statistical differences in the level of the need for knowledge among middle school students in the schools of excellence and their ordinary.

3-             The level of each dimension of the dimensions of the need for knowledge of the composition of the student's outstanding.

4-             the statistical significance differences in the need for knowledge among the middle school students in the schools of the privileged and their ordinary peers according to the gender variable, male and female.

5-             The level of each dimension of the dimensions of the need for knowledge of the composition of the student's outstanding according to the gender variable, male and female.

6-             The level of exclusion of the need for knowledge that is composed of the questionnaire of outstanding students.

The researcher investigated the kilometric properties of both sections by finding the true honesty and veracity of the construction. The stability was verified by means of retesting and the coefficient of alpha- kronbach.

To verify the results and process their statistical data, use the appropriate statistical means, including the Kay box, the second independent test, the Pearson correlation coefficient, the alpha and electron Bach parameters, the second choice for one sample, and the second test of the results using the statistical bag for social sciences.

1- Students generally have a statistically significant level of need for knowledge and in every dimension. In general, middle school students want information and growth.

2-  Students do not have a level of need for knowledge from regular schools in their tendency to be preoccupied with thinking and enjoying. While outstanding and ordinary students share the same qualities of acquiring and searching for knowledge.

3- Female superiority over males in their need for knowledge as well as having a high level of dimensions of the need for knowledge compared to the category of males but shared the enjoyment of thinking only.

Through the output, the researcher came out with some recommendations and suggestions
