The Problem of Tolerance and Coexistence of Iraqi Political Elites and Their Impact on Society) Mosul as a model)
Abstract
In diverse communities, political elites have regarded the core of coexistence and tolerance by bringing together different points of view and alleviating emotions among social factions throughout their differences and conflicts, also when elites cooperate with each other that will restrain violence among social communities in which lead to achieve political and societal stability. The Iraqi political vision have not governed by the idea of the state, which made the idea of the state and its rebuilding interrelated with the idea of power, which cause the aggravation of the situation and political instability that affected the society as a whole. All these variables resulted in absence of a unified leadership and administrative program that put out solutions and plans to strengthen the economic, cultural, military aspects and other prosperity factors. The absence of such program led to many crises, including the recent crisis in Mosul.
