The Identity of the Modern Expatriate Iraqi Poet

Abstract

The issue of identity is one of the most important issues addressed by the modern expatriate Iraqi poet, as we find that the identity is evident in the poetic text of this poet, perhaps the most prominent ideas of the Iraqi poet expatriate through this manifestation of the dialectical relationship between the identity of this identity and the process of formation, especially the poet in the country is alienated, given the state of alienation from the homeland. Alienated expatriate Iraqi poet vision of broad and deep about the concept of identity and its importance in human life.  The first research (the original identity) was concerned with tracing the most prominent features of the original Iraqi identity in the body of the expatriate poet and the motives of its presence strongly in this text, while the second axis (the identity of the expatriate) is concerned with monitoring the new elements and features that are part of the identity imposed by the alternative homeland and research On mechanisms crystallized and formed in the poetic text.
