The effectiveness of a proposed unit based on one of the strategies of active learning in the development of some practical skills of students in the fourth grade literary geography

Abstract

The aim of present research is identifying the effectiveness of proposal unit that include one strategy of the active learning in development same process skills for the literary fourth class in geography subject and to complete the research inquiry which exist in this major inquiry:- How we can develop some process skills in geography subject for preparatory students by used of proposal unit that index on the active learning?                                                                                                


The research sample is (58) student, (29) student for experimental group, (29) student for control group. The researcher step is to make equivalence between the two groups in some variables which the he thought will effect  on the experimental application. The statistical means show that there are non-indication statistics differences  between the groups which means is equivalence  in these variables.                                                                         The researcher reached to the following findings:


The superiority of the experimental group students whose studies with used of proposal unit that include one of the active learning strategies on the accurate group students whose studies with traditional method. In the light of results, the researcher presents conclusions, recommendations and suggestions.
