Exam Anxiety and Its Relationship to the level of Academic Ambition among Students of the College of Education for Humanities

Abstract





The research aims to identify exam anxiety andits relationship to the level of the academic  ambition to the students of the college of Education for humanities in accordance with the variable sex. The research sample is of 200 students; (100) male and 100 female students. For this purpose,  researchers prepared an exam anxiety measure which  is composed of (40) paragraphs in the light of previous researches and studies taking into account the psychological foundations of design standards, and adopted  (Al-Jubouri:2002) to measure the level of academic ambition, it  consisted of (25) paragraphs. It is concluded that there is a positive and statistically significant relationship between exam anxiety and the level of academic ambition among students of the college of Education for humanities.
