Second International Association of Workers 1889-1914 (Study on the causes of emergence and collapse).

Abstract

   The reason beyond the unite of labours  was the international affairs in general and the extremism of capitalism in particular. That unite invoked the labours to stand against the huge economical coalitions , which controlled upon  all sides of life. So a number of parties , associations and particularly some labours  united again and have got a lesson from the first experience. They founded the second labour confederation . That confederation started from 1899- 1914. It has four different historical stages. This research presents four sections, and each section studies a definite historical issue of the second confederation.
