Abstract

The importance of studying the political relations with which the Arab countries are linked is the subject of the Saudi-Libyan relations among the topics of a changing nature, which characterized through the stages of the period 1980-2004 which studies the difference between the estrangement and the cooperation of the two countries in terms of their differences in their policy and understanding of their location, the focus Was of intellectual, political and economic competition and as the largest oil exporting countries there were deep intersections between them, but sometimes the rupture of the course of their relations is the result of the tyranny of the national dimension between them and perhaps regional and international variables to the state of the meeting Eat between them
