The trend toward marriage and its relationship with some variables among the employees and employees of the University of Tikrit

Abstract

1 - The attitudes of Tikrit University employees towards marriage.

2-Statistical significant differences in the attitude towards marriage according to gender variable (male ,female) .

3- Statistical significant in the attitude towards marriage according to the year of employing  variable (less 10 years) and ( over 10 years).

Through these aims the researcher hypothesized :

1-There is no statistical significant difference in the attitude towards marriage according to their gender.

2- There is no statistical significant in the attitude towards marriage according to the year of employing  variable.

To achieve the aims of the present study the researcher has constructed an attitude scale towards marriage which consists of (32) items
