Abstract

 


The political history of any country in the world has been marked by the emergence of political figures who have influenced the attitudes and policies of those countries. Among those countries the Libyan Republic, whose modern and contemporary history is characterized by the appearance of the personality of President Muammar Gaddafi, who took power for more than forty-two years after a coup with a number of Free Officers 1969 to King Idriss Senoussi, to know Libya under his regime a republic known later Libyan Jamahiriya, which saw a new mechanism adopted by Gaddafi through committees and conferences of popular institutions did not know the world at the time, promised the Green Book, which led to Gaddafi's constitution
