Abstract

The fundamentals of fiqh are among the most important sciences to derive the shar'i rules from the sources and the shar'i evidence. He was the precise officer of the fundamentals of ijtihad and the dean in understanding the sharia, and the reason for the soundness of thinking and the recognition of the rules, whether prescribed or due to ijtihad and knowledge of the rules of new issues and contemporary issues. It was indispensable to any jurist or scholar, scholar or scholar to provide him with the theories of the diligent and guide him on how to understand the judgments and teach him on the methods of development. There is no doubt that one of the important branches in this science is the meaning of words and letters, as it is the basic and important items in deriving the Shari'a rules from its Quranic and Prophetic texts.
