This research aims to study question of time and place as it contains spiritual relationships linked to deep internal feeling of creative poet himself possessed delicate sensitivity in the sense of time and place .

The poetry is not just a portrayal of the Arab human reality in his environment, as much as it represents artistic vision carries significance position of the human poet of manifestation of different presence ; time and place at first questions were the basic means of poet to communicate with receiver to interact with appearances
