Abstract

The main purpose of organizations is to look for outstanding position, and reinforce their abilities as an independent social actor. This case is reflected in the attempt to adjust as an efficient social system in the society.


Those purposes are highly related to cultural components of organization’s social system that may lead to make relation between worker’s objectives and organization’s ones.


These cultural components or cultural system of organization as a system of common meanings among the actors through an active system may orient the workers’ behaviours into different modes used to solve problems related to the group.
