Abstract

Some of the Muslim travelers and historians, especially in the 8th / 14th century AD, were interested in the sub-Saharan Africa region, extending from the Red Sea and the Indian Ocean east to the Atlantic Ocean to the west, bordered by the Sahara Desert to the north and rainforests to the south. Islamic relations there and its relation to Islamic countries in Egypt and the Islamic Maghreb
