The study aimed at identifying the degree of application of the University of Tikrit to the reality of university performance in the light of TQM indicators from the point of view of faculty members and to find out if there are statistically significant differences in the degree of application of the sample of the study towards TQM indicators in a university attributed to the variables (Gender, specialization, college) from their point of view, the researcher used descriptive analytical method
