Abstract

Oil has played a key role in promoting Saudi-US relations. Before the discovery of oil, the United States had nothing to do with Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia was one of the old countries with which it could not establish diplomatic relations with US President Roosevelt at the start of World War II. Second, the efforts of the California Oil Company and US Secretary of the Interior Aix could change the US president's view of establishing a diplomatic and strategic relationship with Saudi Arabia and then provide the required documents, The United States will soon be depleted, and the company has signed its hand on a lake of oil and the compass is heading towards the Middle East, and Britain is trying hard to get concessions before the United States by providing aid to Saudi Arabia, so oil has a leading role in the development Saudi-American relations as we observe through research.© 2018 JTUH, College of Education for Human Sciences, Tikrit University
