Abstract

The legitimate Islamic mind, which is the engine of the values of Sharia in the reality of the people, suffered and suffers many of the problems, which have long been prevented from thinking and reason, and taking its active role in the development and mobilization and diligence.

The most important of these problems is the absence of a balanced and disciplined approach to the limits of Sharia, and the imposition of fanatic sectarianism in all its forms and manifestations, and calls for the introduction of revelation directly, resulting in fanaticism and extremism in thinking and theory and application, and sectarian rule and lack of methodology
