Abstract

The aspects of greatness in the Islamic religion are not limited. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "The scholars are the heirs of the Prophets, and the Prophets did not inherit Dinars or Dirhams, but they inherited knowledge.

   The issue of the emancipation of women has been intellectually challenged, including an appeal to the mediator, but it requires specialized scientific research that shows the differences between men and women in the Shari'a. This is one of the strongest factors contributing to refuting the claims of equality.
