Abstract

The Arabs began a new role in history with the advent of Islam, as they became the owners of a global message to be spread among the people, so they began to communicate the message of Heaven by wasting the souls before the money until they reached the ends of the East and Morocco, and this led new people to accept Islam which requires the establishment of an organization based on the Koran and Sunnah to meet the requirements of a new life, whether political, administrative, economic or social.

Islam has stipulated that the non-Muslim people in the country under the Islamic state should be given the right to self-sufficiency, their property, their wives and their children, and guaranteeing their religious and civil liberties, as well as their right to Muslims to protect them
