Abstract

There is no doubt that the science of the scribe and copied from the fundamentals of the sciences of interpretation and the sciences that are not only based on them, and it is not possible to know the provisions of the legitimacy and interpretation of the conflict of texts only knowledge, and therefore the scholars of the fundamentals of interpretation and the fundamentals of jurisprudence singled out old and recent works.

Imam al-Qurtubi said: ((may God have mercy on him) said: "Knowledge of this chapter is certain, and its usefulness is great. It is indispensable to know the scholars.
