Jurisprudence Issues in the Biography of Ibn Ishaq

Abstract

We testify that there is no god but Allah alone and no partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger, send him by guidance and the religion of truth, and that He is the Most High, the Most Merciful, the Most Merciful. To show him on the religion as a whole, and enough God martyr, peace be upon him and his family and companions and gave recognition.


After: Ibn Ishaq's fame and the importance of his biography of the Prophet, known as the biography of Ibn Ishaq, which is hardly denied by anyone, and this is not proof that his book became the source of all the books of biography that was written after him, and varied statements in the documentation of Ibn Ishaq, From relying on this book or on the books of the other prophetic biography.


Among the issues included in the biography of Ibn Ishaq biography dealt with some of the issues of jurisprudence was a motive for me to study these issues.
