Abstract

The subject of hermaphrodite consider the realistic subject's in the society , and the jurisprudences had to be exposed to it in many of their publications , and to appear the important matters in it , I wanted in this research to stand on it , and appear it in away to match the need , and knowing the decisions and it's situation in a limited frame , to be easy for the reader the complete familiarize on its decisions of this subject , as well as there are some paradoxes , which leads to fail in mistake and to mix up with between the permitted and the taboo .
