Abstract

Efficacy is an essential feature of university students. It is a set of personal abilities and skills that help a person understand his feelings and emotions And understanding the feelings and emotions of others and good dealing with them, and the ability of people to exploit their emotions in good performance and establish a good relationship with the surrounding.


The current research aims to identify:


1.The level of emotional competence of the students of the University of Tikrit.


2.The level of psychological flexibility of the students of the University of Tikrit.



  1. Significance of differences in the emotional efficiency of the students of Tikrit University according to gender variables (males and females), and specialization (scientific, human).


4.Indication of the differences in the psychological flexibility of the students of the University of Tikrit according to gender variables (males and females), specialization (scientific, human).



  1. The nature of the relationship between the emotional efficiency and psychological resilience of the students of the University of Tikrit.


The sample of the final application (400) students was randomly selected from the students of the University of Tikrit for the academic year (2017-2018) - and the morning lesson.


In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher built the emotional competence scale which consists of (56) paragraphs in its initial form. The researcher realized the apparent honesty of the scale and extracted the discriminant force of the efficiency of the scale in the two extreme groups method and the relation method to the paragraph of the total degree of the scale. The coefficient of stability (0.88) and the alpha kronbach (0.92), which is a good stability factor, so that the measure in its final form consists of (46) paragraph.
