Effectiveness of an extension program for development Charismatic Personality In students of Preparatory School

Abstract

Identify the effectiveness of a program in developing the attractive personality of middle school students.The sample of the study was 48 students for the experimental group and the same for the control group with 24 males and females for each group divided into (8) students for each specialization (biological, applied, literary) randomly. Age, gender, specialization, and gravity.The researcher built the measure of personal attractiveness after he examined the tests that were built to measure the personality adopted scientific steps to build the standards has adopted (4) areas and (56) The honesty, honesty, honesty, distinction and consistency have been extracted.The researcher also built the attractive personality program consisting of (14) sessions, after being presented to experts to find the apparent honesty of the program. The sample was applied to two lessons per week.
