The Effectiveness of the Cube Model in the Achievement of the Fifth Grade students in Islamic Education Material and The development of Their Visual Thinking.

Abstract

. There is on statistically significant difference the significance level. (0. 05) between the average grade of the students of the experimental group that studied the cube model and the average score of the students of the control group studied in the usual way in the collection of Islamic education.                                                                  



  1. There is on statistically Significant difference at the significance level. (0.05) between the average difference between the scores of the experimental group students who studied the cube model and the average difference between the scores of the control group students studied in the normal wag to develop their visual thinking in the post_ test.

  2. There is no statistically significant difference at significance level (0.05) between the average scores of students the experimental group in the tribal and posts visual tests.


the researcher adopted the experimental design with the equivalent groups with the tribal and remote tests as appropriate for the current research and achieve its objectives and according to this design, a sample  of fifth grades students  was chosen from Sayab preparatory school in the city of Kirkuk Education Directorate of the center of Kirkuk is a community of ideas ,for the academic year [2018/2017] [the first semester], the research sample [69] students which included two divisions represented Division [A] the number of students [35] students the experimental group, which studied the cube model, represented (34) students  control group studied in the usual way.                                                                                                                  


The researcher was rewarded between the two research groups in a number of related variables: the temporal age calculated in months, and the overall rate of the fourth grade, and degrees of Islamic education of the fourth grade, and IQ testing, and the educational level of parents, and the tribal test of visual thinking of the tow research groups.                                                                                                      


In order to conduct the experiment, the researcher prepared a collection test as a research tool. The number of test paragraphs reached (40) paragraphs. The test was of the type of tests(objective and analytical). the researcher verified the validity of the test, its stability, its ability to distinguish, the level of difficulty of its paragraphs, and the effectiveness of the wrong alternatives, the test was divided into four levels of behavioral goals (remembering, understanding, application, and analysis). The number of  behavioral goals (124) was a behavioral goal used in the preparation of teaching plans and achievement tests, as for the visual thinking scale, the researcher built a special test for measuring the skills of visual thinking, which consisted of (30) multi_ type test pieces divided into (5) skills of each paragraph followed by four alternatives. The test was characterized by honesty, excellence and consistency.                     


After the initialization of the research tools, the visual thinking scale was applied beforehand. The experiment was implemented from (2017/11 /14) to (2018 /1 /17) by two lessons per week for each group. After completing the experiment, (the researcher applied the research tools, and visual reasoning) on the tow research groups
