Impact of the guidance program in skill developing in first psychological aid of the Educational advisor in Nineveh province

Abstract

The paragraphs of the First psychological  aid Scale were formulated at 20 paragraphs and each paragraph represented a skill of the first psychological  aid. The formulating of the paragraphs formed as positions and each position in which alternatives to answer were an alternative indicates the existence of the skill and an alternative indicates the lack of skill.


The sample consisted of (20) advisors (11) male and (9) female who showed a weakness in the level of first psychological aid.


      The experimental design was used in accordance with the before and after tests. Statistical methods were used by the researcher in the statistical bag for Behavioral Sciences (SPSS). The results showed:


The results showed that the effect of the program on the level of first psychological aid skills among the educational adviser was low since the basic research sample was low. Therefore, a mean coefficient was used to calculate the differences between the before and after tests. (0), which is smaller than the scale of (60) at the level of significance (05.0) and the degree of freedom (20). Therefore, the differences between the tests of the before and the after for the after test
