Abi Al-Shawarib’s Family and their Role in Judiciary and Life in General During the Abbasid Era

Abstract

The research aims to  show the role  of Al-Abi Al-Shorab family in the field of the judiciary, as it had an important and significant role in this field during the fourth and fifth centuries Hijri. After talking about the roots of this family, we talked about those who assumed the position of Chancellor of Justice, which is the highest position in the judiciary institution. This family is presented in this research alongside its qualities, competencies, as well as their role in public life.
