Arbitrator and Similar and ALmakki and civil explanation Imam Al-Maraghi

Abstract

lmam Al- Maraghi  said in in( the arbitrator ) of the ruling in the sense of trust and trust ,( the similarity)is sometimes called a person or parts that resemble one another simultaneous release of a time on his money individuals or a parts similar to each other and other  times on the suspect , what the Maraghi said  about al- Makki was  that he revealed the statement of the fundamentals of religion of faith in God , the other day , the angels , the writers and prophets ( peace be upon them )and did good deeds and left  evil with a brief expression and a finite style, and this is evident in the minor detail such as the incident,  acts of worship and  As for the civil ,it came under the provisions of    transactions in peace, war and the but civil law is passed to legislation for lslamic  governments, to elaborate on the style and simplification in saying , especially the people of the book and the plight of the people to distort what was revealed to them and called them to pure unification and the statement that lalam , which came by the Koran is the religion of the prophets, prayers of god to all of them.
