Jurisprudence Opinions of Imam Abi Mutee Al-Balkhi (d. 199 AH): A Comparative Juristic Study

Abstract

This research deals with the jurisprudence opinions of the scholar Al- Hakam bin Abdullah bin Muslimah. The importance of studying the juristic opinions of Imam Al-Balkhi emerge through analyzing the value of these opinions. Studying the doctrinal views of this Imam enriches the juristic abilities of researchers and guides them on the appropriate path through which they can take the approach of diligent jurists in terms of how to derive jurisprudence.
