Administrative Corruption at Governmental institutions : Socio- Analytical Study

Abstract

Administrative corruption is a scourge of contemporary society. the widespread of this phenomenon is related to the accumulative effect  of moving away from religion as well as lacking moral values. it is also enhanced by the weakness of governmental and legislative regulators—a matter that  leads to a number of negative manifestations in governmental institutions. Administrative corruption is one of the main threats to the administrative apparatus in well-developed societies; it varies in size and degree from one society to another. its circle expanded to become an essential part in daily transactions, it becomes a threatening force that challenges the development process and the future of the city in general, it is reflected on others and practiced by the government employee in the province as a result of the exceptional circumstances experienced by the province Whether during or after ISIS rule.
