Abstract

The increased verbs constitute a prominent phenomenon in the prose art of al-Hariri in a sense that his prose is full of such verbs.   However, the study is confined to Al- Baghdadi prose  as a model ;  it contained most of the weights of the increased verbs by its three divisions. According to this context, the research is divided into three sections:

  1. The quadratic action in which we studied the triple action with one letter and the weight .

  2. The Pentecostal verb, in which we studied the increased  verb with two letters and the weights of the verb.

  3. Hexagon verb: We have divided it into two types:

A( triple verb increased with three letters and a combination of the two weights.

  1. B) The quadripartite verb increased with two letters .
