The Transmitted Interest and Some of Its Contemporary Applications

Abstract

This research aims at highlighting the importance of the interest sent in the present era, which originated in the era of the Companions and its importance is due to the fact that it is possible to find the necessary legislation for each incident in which a specific text is not considered.  In this research, I focused on the applications of the interest sent in several areas that are the medical and governance developments and a model of social developments and I chose the traffic system as an example, and then I concluded to other issues sporadic.
