The Disclosure of the Main Rules in (Prosody and rhyme): A Critical Study

Abstract

      This research tackles the investigation and study of the ancient book in prosody and rhyme by Ibrahim bin Omer bin Hasan Alrabbat. He is called Burhanaldeen Abu AlhasanAlbuqaii, died in (885 A.H). The researcher started this paper with an introduction about the author: his biography, unpublished and published books and also elicit all the poetic verses with investigation of the other texts then it is followed by the study and criticism of the manuscript.

The conclusion contains some results and notes about the manuscript e.g., the prosodic text is a coherent and cohesive, how it remains stable since his appearance till nowadays and the lack of poetic examples in Burhan’s book. Lastly, the research ends with the index of sources and references
