Speculation in the Matter of Trading between two partners (a Comparative and Jurisprudential Study)
Abstract
This study handles the differences between two partners in trade. It is a comparative and jurisprudential study. The researcher sheds the light upon the definition of the term mudharaba which is a trading term. It is used among partners in the processes of selling and buying goods.
