Abstract

Women have a central importance in the political, social and economic life, whether in the family or on a larger scale, society. They represent an important human resource that depends on a lot of plans and programs, and any neglect of them means explicitly waste of human capital and the lack of maximum benefit from it. Iraq needs the role of women in all fields in order to achieve its many roles. The importance of the reality of women in Iraqi society is vital because women are an important part of society. Their isolation undermines the idea of ​​equality. The application of equality and justice is legal, political and social. The democratic transformation of the political system and society can only be achieved through the contribution of women and the activation of their role politically and socially and their active participation in various aspects through supporting and activating their role and participation and activating the social knowledge of women which contribute to the effective participation of women in the future.
