Abstract

This research deals with internal music in the poetry of an Islamic poet: Al-Akhdar Al-Lahabi. The study indicates the importance of the musical aesthetics of the text and clarifies the meaning. The internal music was not as well-known as the foreign music of the Arabs but after the development and studies about the significance of the sound in Arabic became clear and understandable in all its dimensions. This research deals with the music that connects the parts of the text to the production of external music, which is related to the performances of weight and rhyme. The internal music has nothing to do with the performances, but with the sounds of the words and the words and sentences that make up the text, so it is related to repetition, types, the synonym and antonym.
