The best thing man has to know is to differentiate between right and wrong and between forbidden and allowed (halal) doings.  Islamic jurisprudence is one of the most legitimate sciences that is connected with the people's daily life and their transactions in a sense that it regulates the relationship of the individual with other individuals and groups.  God's blessings are countless and the grace of sight is an example.  Though it is a grace by its very nature, it may lead one to wrong path and thus disobeying God. This is the subject of nowadays which is according to Islam and to us as well one of the most important subjects that are in need for study and examination.  In fact, Muslims today need to know many of the topics that are related to matters of religion and their world, especially regarding to doubtful matters.  Accordingly, we thought that the subject of our research must be examined within the theoretical framework of Jurisprudence which is related to witnesses (initialization).
