What was said on (كأين )

Abstract

This study comes to investigate the word ‘كأيُن’in Arabic, because of the variety of use it has, digging deeply what has been said on its structure and meaning which make it more distinguished than others. This word has been mentioned in the Glorious Qur’an in seven positions.

The study concluded the following:  

1. The word is written with ن. This word  is the only one in Arabic Language that its nunation is written in the form of  ن.


2. Arab linguists have different opinions about it due to the variety of  dialects.


3. The majority say that ‘كأيُن’ is composed  of ( أيٌ and الكاف ) while the Moroccans say that it has a simple form.
