Abstract

The scholars of this nation have taught this science, and each jurist has made his own contribution. Some of them would like to have the highest name, write their opinions, spread their doctrine and work on it. And some of them have not been lucky in that until his opinion is not mentioned only in the field of comparison, or when the support of the opinion of a famous jurist, and since these words have value and weight, which is not less than what spread and famous and knew, and perhaps even surpassed sometimes strength and relaxation.
