Abstract

The ruling on praying the congregation in the body of my brave father, may Allah have mercy on him, or the rak'ah of rakib, is one of the issues that were said to be weak in the rak'ah. And the evidence of each team and drew their semantics and discussed, to reach the most correct and the reasons for raising the titribe on this issue in the rapprochement, and was systematic in this research that I divided it on three demands, the first requirement to define the language and language and the second requirement to identify the most important jurisprudential terminology of jurists Shaafa'i "may Allah have mercy on them And the third is the ruling on the prayer of the congregation, "a comparative jurisprudence study", and then the conclusion of the most important results, and during this study, the statement of Judge Abu Shuja in the matter, and the saying of gold to weaken the issue of the commentator of the text.
