Abstract

Since the writing of the Ottoman Qur'an, the scholars have tended to follow the phenomena of the writing of the Quran. The ancient Islamic manuscripts are the heart of the nation and its vibrant artery. Its heritage and the secret of its permanence and continuity in life, because it conveyed to us events and facts and images of what we would know and not to know if it was not there, a nation without a heritage has no present or future, and may find this clear in the religions that preceded Islam and the loss of its books and effects, N highlight them lost their holy books, which is the secret of their existence and address of their religions, lost them because they have no heritage protected, and a nation without a nation without enduring legacy and the day will come to extinction.
