And Ibn Batoota was one of those chronicler who made a well known travel (tuhfet Al – nthar fee Graab Al – Amsar wa Ajaab Al – Asfar) which wrote in it what he watched in the cities of this area , such as the justice and he described the region economically , socially and the management , and also he talked about how her people committed to Islam . the matter that investigation tends to deal with it pitcher in projection the Muslims scientist part and their chronicler representative by Ibn batoota in exhibit the big part of Muslims in development of civil of Africa and link it to the Islamic Arabic civil , and the method which follow in the investigation show the provision and analysis and compare it to the sayings of chronicler contemporary to Ibn batoota and reach one picture which express the place of Islam and its civil in the region
