The applicability of the University of Tikrit to the indicators of total quality management from the perspective of faculty
Abstract
The study aims at identifying the degree of application of Tikrit University to the university performance in the light of the total quality management indicators, from the perspective of faculty and to see if there were statistically significant differences in the degree of applying the study sample towards total quality management indicators at the University attributes to the variables (sex, specialty, college), in their perspective. The researcher has used the descriptive analytical method, as well as it is also prepared a questionnaire as a tool for the study consists of (43) items , distribute to seven key areas: : management leadership, a university professor, curriculum , university student, human resources management and training, scientific research, and community service. The study sample reaches(150) pedagogical member of Tikrit University, The results show that the degree of possibility of the application of total quality indicators is moderate
