Abstract

The phenomenon of displacement was a prominent social event engendered by political, security, social and economic factors during 2014 in the aftermath of ISIS  attack which resulted in unemployment, displacement, and the rupture of the societal and educational system. The government, in return, had to play its required role towards containing these problems and restoring the conditions that had been cracked; it had internal and external roles. The internal role represented by the government effort in harmony with government ministries, while the external role focused on the role of international organizations and donor countries. This study deals with revealing the effectiveness of the two mentioned roles and how that phenomenon has been addressed.
