Abstract

Since the latest decades of the previous century, intellectual projects come on the head of the arab philosophical field. Thus they are now competing with the other "philosophical trends" and pushing thembackward. One of the most important intellectual and philosophical projects, may be the projects of "rational critism" or "brain critism", either "arab brain critism"or "islamic brain criticism", which have in common the fact that they focus on critising the bases of the brain "the producer of thought, culture and modernity". In other words, they are epistemological projects aiming at uncovering the historic, linguistic, logical, conditions that control the production of knowledge
