The voice of the Hamza between whispering and whispering

Abstract

The Arab scholars took care ofArabic voices in the past and present time, they explained the qualities and exits of them , and explained the familiar and the compatibility of the single Arab structure . Some of them  has tried to stand on the most important characteristic of the Arabic voices a pronounced  and those which arenon-pronounced , indicating that they are phonetic phenomena which have a great effect in distinction of language sounds.
