Abstract





        


 


  The science of Fiqh for science, and the fact that it is one of the best links to Allah Almighty knows the halal of Haram, and all other provisions, and in which the Muslim obtains the degree of charity, which he said peace and blessings:  "Who wants God good in the religion" In the nation were brilliant men, working scientists and especially the first age have knowledge of how to deal with the texts in terms of inference and reasoning, and they build for the people Murad Allah Almighty, and the Murad of his messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), their diligence has the great impact on the different jurists, including Sayyidina Abbas bin Abd al Demand-May Allah be pleased with him-the uncle of the messenger of Allah-peace be upon him-and I have not found the gathering of his words and jurisprudence but one of our distinguished professors started this project and made the issues of purity the first building block in this good section and I wanted to complete what my colleague started, so I made the search in the issues of transactions and tagged " Ibn Abd al-Muttalib (May Allaah be pleased with him) the issues of transactions as a model, "the research included an introduction, two topics and a conclusion, and the first one: I mentioned a brief biography about Sayyidina Abbas " God be pleased with him "and he was on four.
