Abstract

The fluctuation of one's life between health and illness has an effect on his actions and obligations. The patient is not sick. He is not cured. He does not have the right to heal. The legal view of death is based on the fact that the disease does not contradict the validity of the ruling or its obligation, such as prayer, fasting and maintenance.
